Exciting new proposal for Melbourn
Cala Homes is promoting this site – Land off Water Lane, Melbourn – as part of the Greater Cambridge Local Plan’s Call for Sites which will determine which land parcels should be developed in the Local Plan period.
This site has been submitted for allocation in The Greater Cambridge Local Plan which is due to be submitted to the Secretary of State for independent Examination by Autumn 2025.

Community Consultation
As part of this promotion, Cala Homes wishes to understand what the local community would like to see come forward on this site and in Melbourn. To facilitate this, Cala Homes is hosting a public consultation event on Tuesday 7th November 2023 from 3pm-8pm at:

This will provide an opportunity to learn more about the site and meet the project team for them to answer any questions you may have.
